Questions owners ask before an audit.

Plain answers on what we measure, what we need from you, and what an audit can and can't promise.

Will this guarantee that AI assistants recommend my business?

No. We measure how often AI assistants name you under defined conditions and recommend improvements the evidence supports. No AI assistant or search engine guarantees placement, so neither can we.

Is there a single AI rank for my company?

No. AI answers vary by assistant, question and run, so there is no fixed position to report. We show how often your company was named in our sample and explain the uncertainty.

Does this replace my SEO agency?

No. The audit is a diagnostic. Take the findings to your own team or agency, or ask us about implementation help.

Which AI assistants are included?

Your scope identifies the included platforms. The report labels the systems measured and the dates of sampling.

What do you need to start?

Your website, business name, service area, services and the competitors you want to compare. We confirm every detail with you before collecting any data.

Do you need access to my website or accounts?

Some checks use public information. If deeper access would be useful, we explain the reason and request permission first. Access requirements depend on the agreed scope.

What do the three measures mean?

The AI Visibility Index is the headline: how often AI assistants name you, with uncertainty. The GEO Readiness Score rates the website and business details you can change. The Local Visibility Index is a supporting check on how often you appear on sampled Google Maps points. They are never blended.

What does an audit cost?

We confirm scope and price in writing before work starts. Cost depends on geographic coverage, platforms, question set, competitor count and additional locations.

Can we repeat the audit later?

A follow-up can compare compatible measurements over time if included in your service agreement. A change in measurement is not automatically caused by a particular fix.

Do you still look at Google Maps?

Yes, as supporting context. The audit centers on how often AI assistants name your business. We also check how you appear in Google Maps across your service area, because nearby customers look there too. That check is reported separately and never blended into the AI result.

See where you stand, and what to fix first.

Tell us about your business. We'll send a written scope and price, and nothing starts until you approve it.
